1.Low energy consumption, High efficiency

MTW series grinding mill adopts the bevel gear overall drive: compact structure, without the reducer, easy to be installed and improve the effiency. 

 

2.Advanced inner automatic thin-oil lubricating system and circulating water cooling system

MTW series grinding mill adopts inner L.O.pumps, so the main shaft bearing and bevel gear can be lubricated without an additional lubrication system. The circulating water cooling system can make the main shaft and bearing temperature be constant, which extend the equipment lifespan.  

3. Arc air channel, overall cambered design,no resistance snail shell

MTW series European grinding mill adopt the arc air channel,there is no airflow corner in he inner outlet, which is very good for the grinded material to spread around and avoid grinding material jammed; The inner surface of checking door stays with the inner surface of snail shell on the same plane, so the eddy air flow is avoided efficiently. 

4. Grinding roller and grinding ring adopt the special structure design, cambered shovel with renewable edge, which improves the grinding efficiency and reduces the cost 

MTW series European grinding mill adopts high wearable limit alloy, its life will be longer. You only need change the edge, not the whole shovel, so the steel material is saved. Additionally,the cambered shovel can scoop up the grinded material in the same vertical plane, that makes the rollers and ring worn equally. At the same, the grinding efficiency is higher and capacity is higher. 

5.Final product size is adjustable and controllable

Analyzer speed is controlled by frequency conversion, speed is more accurate, fine material separation effect is better; Separated cyclone: There is a separated structure between inner piping and mixed air and powder. The efficiency and precision of classifying is prompted highly.

6.Environmental protection and low noise 

MTW series grinding mill is equipped with the advanced dust collector, the concentration of discharged dust is lower than the national environmental protection rule. 

The air system is closed loop and flows circularly in a positive-negative pressure state.The special air circulation system reduces the outside exhaust air rate, that is good for the environmental protection.
